Salman Khan has been in the entertainment industry for more than three decades and has amassed enough wealth for his future generations to live comfortably. He has been staying at Galaxy Apartments in Bandra for a really long time, but he has also invested in several other properties, one of which the actor rented out recently.
The Dabangg of Bollywood recently rented another property in Mumbai to a person named Ayush Dua for Rs 95,000 per month. According to records obtained by Zapkey.com, the lease and license agreement was entered into on December 6, reports Money Control. According to the report, the duration of the agreement is 33 months. The report also states that tenant Aayush has paid Rs 2.85 lakh to Salman as a deposit for the apartment. The agreement also includes a 5 percentage-point escalation clause.
The apartment rented by Salman is on 14th floor of Shiv Asthan Heights. This area is located in Bandra West of Mumbai. As per reports by Money Control, the property is a 758 sq ft apartment.
As we have already mentioned that Salman’s interest in real estate is quite visible. He had reportedly rented an apartment in January at Galaxy Apartments in Bandra, where he currently resides. According to reports, the 139.40 square meter apartment on the second floor has been rented for a period of four years with a deposit of Rs 25 lakh.
Salman also finalized a renewal lease agreement a few months back for his luxurious duplex flat in Bandra for Rs 8.25 lakh per month. According to reports, the Bigg Boss host has extended his lease with the property owners of Baba Siddiqui and Zeeshan Siddiqui. Tomb Heights is the name of the building, and it leased the Sassy Duplex for 11 months. The grand residence is said to be on the 17th and 18th floors of the skyscraper and will be used as a writer’s pad for Salman’s projects.
