Salman Khan renews rent license of supermarket for a huge amount; Find Out – India Times English News

Many would not know that Salman Khan Apart from being a part of the film industry, he also runs several businesses. The least known of his interests is in real estate. Talking about, the actor is currently in the news for extending lease and license for a building on rent to a leading grocery franchise.

According to a report in ETimes, Salman Khan has extended his contract with the retail behemoth for two years. As per the new agreement, the actor will earn Rs. 89.60 lakh during the first year. Whereas in the next year, the rent will increase to Rs. 94.08 lakhs. Salman also renewed the lease of another building on Linking Road in Mumbai which he had leased out to the Foodhall brand. In 2017, the actor leased land to Foodhall’s parent retail company for a period of five years. Also, on September 5, the actor renewed his lease with the parent company TNSI Retail Pvt Ltd, which owns Foodhall.

The reports further mention that the total area for rent in the 2568.85 square meter multi-storey building owned by Salman’s firm includes a basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor. A deposit of Rs 2.68 crore was paid for the settlement, while the stamp duty paid by the parties involved was Rs 5.87 lakh.

Meanwhile, talking about the work front, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisei Jaan Hai, directed by Farhad Samji, in Salman Khan’s pipeline. In the film, written by Sajid Nadiadwala, Salman will be sharing the screen with Pooja Hegde and Brahmanandam. He also has Tiger 3, directed by Maneesh Sharma. The film, co-written by Aditya Chopra, Nilesh Mishra and Sridhar Raghavan, will also star Katrina Kaif, Emraan Hashmi and Prabhat Singh Bhadauria. Additionally, Salman will also be involved in this.
