The New England Sports Network, the TV home of Boston’s Red Sox and Bruins teams, said it would become the first US regional sports channel to launch a stand-alone streaming-video service.
Fans in New England will be able to stream the network, popularly known as NESN, for $29.99 per month, or $329.99 annually. The app, named NESN 360, will have a live feed, as well as exclusive content, similar to that of the TV network.
