DALLAS: A 37-year-old woman fired several shots at the roof inside Dallas’ Love Field Airport on Monday before an officer shot and injured her, officials said.
Dallas Police Chief Eddie Garcia told a news conference that the woman was dropped off at the airport around 11 a.m., walked inside near the ticket counter and entered the bathroom. He came out wearing a hooded sweatshirt or some other outfit she didn’t come in, drew a gun and fired several shots, apparently at the roof, he said.
