Waterloo Regional Police say they are investigating after an obscene act was reported at a bus stop in Kitchener’s Country Hills area on Monday night.

He says that the incident is of one Grand River Transit Bus stop near the block line and Strasbourg streets shortly before midnight.

Police said the suspect is 20 years old and he is about five feet six inches tall and has thin and blond hair. It is being told that he was wearing a blue jacket with a white shirt.
