The accused have been identified as Priyavrata of Sonipat, his associate Ankit, Manu Kush of Moga and Jagroop Roopa of Amritsar.
However, the accused attackers have not been arrested yet. Raids are being conducted at different places for their arrest. The police have not yet officially released the pictures of these identified shooters.
