A Peterborough, Ont., is facing break-and-enter charges after incidents at the same north-end business this month.
Around 1:15 pm on Saturday afternoon. Peterborough Police Service Officers were called to a break and enter in progress at a business in the area of Marina Boulevard and Hilliard Street.
Police say officers discovered several prescription drugs had been taken and have identified a person of interest.
Police service dog Griffon was deployed to complete a track in the area and video surveillance in the area helped officers confirm the person of interest as a suspect.
After some time, the police caught the accused from his house and took him into custody. The police also found a bag with the stolen goods.
Police also determined that the suspect was one of two individuals wanted in connection with a breaking up and entering the same business Earlier this month.
The 20-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with two counts of breaking and entering a place in order to commit an indictable offence.
The accused was released on a recognizance and is due to appear in Peterborough court on 1 February.
