The Napa County District Attorney’s Office has determined that it will not release any dash or body camera footage. Paul Pelosi’s DUI Arrest Now because it could “endanger” the ongoing investigation, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).

Napa County District Attorney Allison Haley announced Thursday that Pelosi agreed to a court date on August 3 at 8:30 a.m. in Napa County Superior Court.

The 82-year-old was booked, cited and released to the Napa County Department of Corrections.

“The the matter is still pending to decide whether, if any, charges will be filed against Mr. Pelosi,” Haley said. “This is standard protocol for any DUI case that is referred by a law enforcement agency in Napa County. ”
