Panchkula will be developed on the lines of Gurgaon, Faridabad: Khattar

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Wednesday said that Panchkula would be developed on the lines of Gurgaon and Faridabad.

The Chief Minister was presiding over the first meeting of Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority here. Khattar said that the formation of Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority will give impetus to the development of Panchkula district.

The objective of the government behind the formation of the authority is to provide quality life to the residents of Panchkula by creating employment opportunities there.

Khattar said that the state government will implement several schemes for the sustainable, sustainable and balanced development of Panchkula.

Ajit Balaji Joshi, CEO of the Authority elaborated on the establishment of the Authority, resource mobilization besides various IT initiatives proposed in the first meeting of the Authority.
