Not Aditya Roy Kapur but Ali Fazal was approached for the Supervisor remake in the evening after Hrithik Roshan’s exit? – India Times English News

The Evening Supervisor, which was initially in the news about a Hindi remake, was reported to have played the lead role. Unique, starring Tom Hiddleston, is a particularly generic British espionage thriller sequence, with an official Hindi remake in the works for the past few years. First, it got delayed due to the pandemic and later, the remake was put on hold further with reviews from Hrithik Roshan, who is no longer a part of it.

While the latest news reviews have confirmed the Hindi remake with Aditya Roy Kapur, it is now learned that initially it was actor Ali Fazal who was ready to tackle this half. Nevertheless, his Hollywood film with Gerard Butler and his shooting commitments for season 3 of Mirzapur resulted in Ali needing to decline the mission.

A source reveals, “Ali was immediately contacted after Hrithik didn’t do the mission. The staff was working on the right timetable to ensure the mission started on time, yet kept getting stuck between dates. Ali was already dedicated to doing Season 3 of Vishal Bhardwaj’s Intelligence and then Mirzapur and so because of those points, he finally had to drop The Evening Supervisor remake.”

Apparently Ali can be seen playing the role of an intelligence officer in Vishal Bhardwaj’s next and will also be seen in a high octane Hollywood action drama, Kandahar. Apart from wearing Guddu Bhaiya’s shoes once again for the third season of Mirzapur, the actor has also graced the third installment of Fukrey.
