NIA-ATS teams present Udaipur murder case accused in Jaipur court

Teams of the National Investigation Agency and the Anti-Terrorism Squad on Saturday produced before a court here four people arrested in the Udaipur tailor murder case.

Earlier, a police team from Jaipur took the accused Riyaz Akhtari and Ghaus Mohammad and their associates Asif and Mohsin to the office of Special Operations Group of ATS.

According to sources, the NIA has collected all the documentary evidence from the ATS.

Akhtari and Mohammad stabbed tailor Kanhaiya Lal to death at his shop on June 28 for allegedly supporting suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma, and posted videos online saying they were insulting Islam. taking revenge.

Additional police force has been deployed in the court and city areas for security reasons.
