Sherry, who frequently shares recipes on Facebook, was happy to oblige and post details in the comments.

The recipe includes chicken, onions, capsicum and shallots as well as a French onion soup mix, cream cheese and pastries.

Sherry cooks chicken, onion and capsicum together in a pan.

Then she mixes together shallots, cream cheese, and French onion soup in a bowl.

When the chicken is cool, she stirs it into the mixture and then spreads it evenly over the puff pastry and then rolls the sheet and cut it into pinwheels.

Method

Cut capsicum, onion and chicken into small cubes.

Cook the chicken in a pan before adding capsicum and onion. Keep cooking the onion till it becomes soft.

Keep aside and let it cool.

Toss the cream cheese with the chopped onion and French onion soup mixture.

Add the cooled chicken mixture and mix well.

Spread the creamy chicken mixture on a sheet of pastry. Roll tightly and cut into pinwheels.

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 220C till golden brown.
