Atlanta, Ga. (CBS46) — An active-duty soldier from Metro Atlanta, a native of Washington State Joint Base Lewis McCord He was shot dead at a social function over the weekend.

According to deputation, Moore was at a social gathering at a Parkland home on Saturday evening when gunfire broke out.
