McDonald’s employees caught in video fight with Locust Grove

McDonagh – The Henry County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of two men who were seen fighting with two McDonald’s employees at Locust Grove on November 23.

Marshall Wallace and Crystal Wallace were arrested by the HCSO Criminal Investigation Unit on December 7 during a traffic stop in Walton County.

The incident was caught on camera and later went viral, in which Crystal Wallace is purportedly shown throwing a drink and attempting to kill an employee. The argument started when he was told that he would have to come inside the restaurant to get a pack of sugar.

Marshall Wallace is accused of crawling through a McDonald’s drive-thru window and kicking the manager in the leg with a chair.

“The video clearly shows actions that violate the law and bring national embarrassment to the people of our great county,” Sheriff Reginald Scandret said in a release. “This kind of behavior will not be tolerated.”

Crystal Wallace has been charged with simple assault, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Marshall Wallace has been charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and simple battery.

Both are lodged in the Henry County Jail.
