Maryland officials are investigating fire, vandalism at several Bethesda churches

Two churches were set on fire and a third ransacked in Bethesda, Marylandlater this week, officials said.

Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service spokesman Pete Piringer said around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, officers were called about vandalism and arson at North Bethesda United Methodist Church.
