Toronto police are investigating after a stabbing Tuesday evening.
Toronto Police said in a tweet that they were called to the area of Bathurst Street and Dundas Street West at around 9:20 pm.
The intersection is near both Toronto Western Hospital and Alexandra Park.
The police who reached the spot saw that a person had been stabbed.
Police said Toronto paramedics rushed the victim to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Bathurst Street was closed to the north and south shortly after the incident.
