Man charged with assaulting former UK health secretary Matt Hancock

A man has been charged with assaulting former UK health secretary Matt Hancock on the London Underground and will appear in court next month.

Giza Turgeon, 61, from Leyland, Lancashire, has been charged with common assault and two public order offenses in relation to assaulting and harassing a man at Westminster Underground station on Tuesday, British Transport Police Told In a statement published this Thursday.
