O’FALLON, Mo. (KMOV.com) — A man police believe was shot in the bedroom of a child after a standoff with officers Sunday in O’Fallon, Missouri.

Noah Mozzie is accused of shooting at an O’Fallon home in Missouri.

O’Fallon police said they received a call at around 7:30 a.m. Sunday at a home in the first block of Royalprairie Court where a young child’s bedroom was shot overnight. The bullet hit the TV in the other room and did not hit the child or anyone inside. Officials can’t believe the suspect and family know each other at the Royalprairie.

Officers later went to the first block of Creek Branch Court in O’Fallon where they believed a potential suspect was hiding. Police said they eventually came to a standoff with the man, who was armed, and a SWAT team was called. At around 1:45 pm, the man finally cornered and was arrested. No one got injured.

Noah Mozzie was later charged with the illegal use of a weapon. His cash-only bond was set at $25,000.
