Beirut: Lebanon will impose a three-week night-time curfew on non-vaccinated people from 17 December.
The COVID-19 committee said on Wednesday that due to concerns over the spread of the coronavirus, full immunization will be made mandatory for all workers in many areas.
The committee said that vaccination will be mandatory for all civil servants and employees from January 10 in the health, education, tourism and public transport sectors.
A new coronavirus variant found in South Africa and found in several countries was determined last week by the World Health Organization as a form of concern and has led to a tightening of COVID-19-related restrictions around the world.
