Las Vegas Police Issue 911 Calls for Help After Washington Football’s Deshzor Everett’s Fatal Crash

Las Vegas Police have issued a desperate 911 call pleading for help after a witness to the fatal accident that killed the girlfriend of Washington football team player Deshzor Everett.

Olivia S. Peters, 29, from Nevada, on December 23, 29-year-old was killed after hitting a tree in Loudoun County, Everett, Virginia, while driving his 2010 Nissan GT-R sports car which has a top speed of 193mph.

At the beginning of the two-and-a-half-minute call, an unknown person shouted: ‘Please help! Please help!’

The 911 dispatcher is heard asking the man if there are any obvious injuries he is aware of, but the caller ignores the question and continues begging for help.

‘Sir, tell me about the driver. Is he injured?’ The female dispatcher said, to which the caller replied: ‘I don’t – I don’t know. I do not know.’

The man was clearly in despair as he stammered, repeating ‘it is – it is stuck’. It’s stuck’ when asked if he could get on top of the car and see if Everett was okay.

‘Hurry up! Hurry up!’ He pleaded with the dispatcher: ‘I don’t even know what happened. I was in front I could not see what happened.’

Moments later he was heard shouting: ‘I’m talking to the police!’ For anyone else, though it was unclear who.

‘Please tell them to hurry!’ The caller said again in a heartbreaking 911 call.

He told the woman on the other end of the phone that only one person was trapped in the vehicle, although both a man and his girlfriend were involved in the accident.

He kept shouting at someone in the distance, probably Everett and Peters: ‘They’re almost here! They are almost here!’

‘You’re getting a lot of help, sir, they’re coming as soon as possible,’ the dispatcher said, adding that she would be on the phone with the man, who remains unidentified, until the police arrived.

Finally, sirens sounded in the background as the caller repeated: ‘Here they are. They are here. They are here.’

Once he saw the officers, the man said that he was getting down from his car and running to them.

‘They see me,’ she said in a more calm tone, at which point the dispatcher said it was time to disconnect the call.
