Resonance Consultancy, a leading consultant in real estate, tourism and economic development, has come out with a list of the 25 top performing Canadian cities with populations under 200,000 and Kingston made the list.

Limestone City ranked third behind Victoria and Kelowna, BC.

The results are based on a unique methodology that analyzes key statistics as well as user-generated reviews and online activity across channels such as Google, Facebook and Instagram.
