According to Endscape, one of the teams “interested” in Durant is the Golden State Warriors.
Mark J. Spears, who reported the Warriors’ interest, elaborated on ESPN radio about taking a run for Golden State’s Durant.
“The one team I’m asking you guys to keep an eye on is the Golden State Warriors. Golden State can have the best package for both sides. Jordan Poole, Jonathan Kuminga, All-Star Andrew Wiggins, 2nd pick James Wiseman,” Spears said. “What the Nets want is a young All-Star and probably a future All-Star. They’re all under 30. They want picks too, maybe the ability to swap picks. But if you look at those four Players can get, if I am I trap, I am very, very happy.
“Kevin Durant, to the Warriors – they’re so familiar [Durant] and vice versa. He knows where to live in San Francisco. He knows how crime works. He knows he can win the championship there. Yeah, Steve Kerr probably needs to figure a few things out. But with each passing day, I’ve heard warriors become increasingly interested in the context of the youth race, in terms of people on both sides being happy. The Golden State option is the best option for me.”

Durant and the Warriors won two championships together. He would bolt for the Nets after the 2019 NBA Finals in which he tore his Achilles. Brooklyn gave him enough time to recover.

Brooklyn was reportedly looking for “a mountain of established All-Stars and picks.” the timberwolves were Anthony Edwards and Karl-Anthony are unwilling to part ways with Towns. The team later acquired Rudy Gobert in a major deal.
Durant sent a cryptic tweet on Saturday about the trade rumours.
“Those who were locked in that gym with me, they know what it is, they know what I’m about,” he wrote. “If you haven’t been there with me, ask around.”
