Bollywood diva Hema Malini and veteran filmmaker Ramesh Sippy share that they did a lot of preparation before arriving Amitabh Bachchan– Hosted by Kaun Banega Crorepati 13. In a promo released by Sony On Friday, on TV, Malini and Sippy were seen revealing that they were nervous before appearing in the Sholay special episode of the reality show.
The latest video also features two guests narrating how they thought their ignorance would embarrass them, but luckily, they didn’t face any such tough questions. Malini and Sippy called KBC a brilliant and intelligent show that is “entertainingly educative”.
In the last promo, we also got a glimpse of Hema Malini speaking Dharmendra’s dialogues. Ramesh Sippy will also explain why he cast Amitabh Bachchan for the role of Jai in Sholay.
During the episode, Big B will also share some interesting anecdotes from the shooting of Sholay, and how the film became a classic. Dharmendra, who plays the role of Veeru, will also join the team via a video call.
Sholay Reunion will air on October 15 at 9 PM on Sony Entertainment Television.
