Sony TV is all set to launch the new season of its two most popular projects Kaun Banega Crorepati and The Kapil Sharma Show. While the comedy series is going live this weekend, Amitabh Bachchan hosted KBC 13 Will launch next week. In a major change, the channel has decided to bring back the studio audience in both these shows.
A source shared with indianexpress.com The makers believe that the live audience on the sets brings a different kind of energy. “The Kapil Sharma Show has an interactive format and is much needed to add more fun to the audience. As far as KBC is concerned, people on the sets not only cheer the contestants but also bring a lot of positive energy. They also get involved in the game through the lifeline ‘Audience Poll’. While last year it was not possible to contain people on the set given the strict guidelines, this time, fully vaccinated people will be welcome,” the source said.
Only fully vaccinated people will be allowed on the sets. and while inside, proper social distancing will be maintained. The source added that the teams of both the shows shot a few episodes and were excited to have the audience around.
The stars of The Kapil Sharma Show will be seen in the first weekend Bhuj: Pride of India And Bell bottom Having a good time with Kapil Sharma & Co. While Archana Puran Singh, Krushna Abhishek, Bharti Singh, Chandan Prabhakar, Sumona Chakraborty and Kiku Sharda are making a comeback, comedians Sudesh Lahiri and Gaurav Gera have also been roped in to play strange characters. The show will air on Saturday-Sunday at 9:30 pm.
For Kaun Banega Crorepati 13, Amitabh Bachchan will be back on his ‘Computer Ji’ to test the knowledge of the contestants. The first week will see a young scientist from Jharkhand, a health worker, a policeman and a housewife impress Big B. It will air Monday-Friday at 9 pm on Sony TV.
