Karnataka: Hindu Jagaran Vedic chief booked for remarks on Quran and Muslims

The Karnataka Police has registered a case against the head of Hindu Jagran Vedike, affiliated to the Sangh Parivar, for allegedly making derogatory statements about the Quran and Muslims.

The case was registered on July 1 against Keshav Murthy, state convener of Hindu Jagran Vedike in Kolar, on the complaint of Zameer Ahmed, president of Anjuman-e-Islamia.
