Karan Johar‘Koffee With Karan’ chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’ got off to a bang on Thursday. The first guests of the season, Ranveer singh And Alia Bhatt, set benchmark As for the level of entertainment that can be expected from the seventh season of the show. While an earlier promo revealed some of the guests who will be seen in the season, Karan now revealed that Aamir KhanWho hasn’t starred in any trailer yet, will be a special guest this year.
In a conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Karan was asked if the Dangal actor would be a part of the chat show, he said, “Okay, Aamir, yes.” Karan was also asked if his frequent collaborator Shah Rukh Khan would be a part of KWK. To this, Karan said, “Shah Rukh, I think the blast should actually happen at Pathan’s time itself. So I know he is not doing much, not facing any media right now and this is the most important thing for him. Good decision because when Pathans come, there is going to be a tsunami at the box office. Shahrukh Khan has made people wait and the more they wait, the more they will actually give back in terms of love, I believe in our country is the biggest star.
Shah Rukh Khan was the first guest on Koffee With Karan Kajol, Since then Shahrukh has appeared on the show seven times. He was last seen in the fifth season of the show opposite Alia Bhatt.
At the same time, Aamir Khan has appeared in the show thrice. His first appearance on the show was with his ex-wife Kiran Rao, second was with his Dangal co-stars Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh and his third appearance was solo.
In an earlier conversation with PTI, Karan was asked if he is planning to bring Aamir, Salman and Shah Rukh together for an episode of the show. “It is impossible to get three mines. I can’t take it away, I’m not going to admit that I can. I can’t pull two of them together, forget three,” he said.
