Iran to face condemnation amid stalled nuclear talks

Vienna: Condemnation of Iran is expected by major European countries and the United States as the UN nuclear watchdog began talks on Monday to restart the 2015 nuclear deal.
The proposal, drawn up by the United States, Britain, France and Germany, is a sign of their growing impatience as diplomats have warned of closing the window to save the historic agreement.
The Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency meets in Vienna from Monday to Friday.
