Jamshedpur. Women are walking shoulder to shoulder with men in all fields including their families. On International Women’s Day, Jamshedpur Inner Wheels Club felicitated 20 railway workers for the sacrifice, dedication and abilities of women who carry out their responsibilities both at home and in the workplace.
An attempt was made to encourage women in the program organized in the Tatanagar station premises. On this occasion, Adityapur CCC Rita Singh recited short poetry while other entertainment programs were also organized. In the Musical Chair Competition, Chief Commercial Clerk Tata Hema Rao got the first position, Commercial Clerk cum Reservation Supervisor Ishita Niyogi got the second position.
On this occasion, District Vice President of Inner Wheels Club along with Station Superintendent, RPF in-charge, Deputy SS Commerce Dr. Rita Jha, District Treasurer Smt. Alaknanda Bakshi, CGR Dr. Manju Rani Singh, officers of Inner Wheel Club and railway personnel were present.
