Toronto Police He is said to have accused identical twins of a stabbing in downtown Toronto in early July.

Police said that at around 10:17 p.m. on July 9, officers responded to a call of stabbing near the creek and front roads.

Shortly before 9:25 pm, police said two men approached a 20-year-old man and an altercation ensued.

Police said the 20-year-old was stabbed and the other two men fled. Both suspects were said to be identical twins.

On Thursday, Kei Luchesi and Sebastian Luchesi, both 18, were arrested.

Each is charged with aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.
