Dozens of residents of the hemisphere were forced to leave after a fire caused by a mechanical failure earlier in the day.
Due to that mechanical failure the building’s safety features, water and AC, were not working.
Emergency operations centers and the Red Cross are helping people find places to stay.
At the moment it is not clear how long they can be displaced.
