The four youths who lost their lives after being hit by a train in Haryana’s Gurugram have been identified. The four are residents of Devilal Nagar, 2 km from the spot. Due to mutilated faces of all four, the GRP had a lot of trouble in identifying them. The GRP has also registered a case on the complaint of the loco pilot of the train. The post-mortem of all four will be done on Wednesday.

Let us inform that four youths were killed near Basai-Dhankot railway station at around 5 pm on Tuesday after being hit by Jan Shatabdi train running between Delhi and Ajmer. The train was going from Delhi to Jaipur. The four were taking selfies and making videos on the railway track. The loco pilot of the train also played the city, but the youths busy in making the video did not hear anything.

The pilot also reduced the speed of the train, but by then all four had lost their lives. According to the GRP, the deceased has been identified as Sameer (17), Mohammad Anas (16), Yusuf (17) and Yuvraj (16), residents of street no-12 of Devi Lal Nagar. Sameer had reached the railway track with his companions with his sister’s scooty. The scooty has also been seized by the police. Gurugram GRP police station has registered a case on the complaint of Babulal, the loco pilot of Jan Shatabdi train.

Dead bodies found lying mutilated, trouble in identification
According to the GRP, seeing the four youths on the railway track, loco pilot Babulal whistled several times, but he could not hear the city due to the passion for selfie. The speed of the train at that time was more than 80 kilometers per hour. The loco pilot also reduced the speed of the train, but by then all four were hit by the train.

After stopping the train at some distance from the spot, Babulal informed the station master. The train halted for about 20 minutes. The accident was so painful that the bodies of all four were found lying on the mutilated railway track. Even their faces could not be identified. After much effort, all four were identified.
