New Delhi: The Ministry of AYUSH has decided to re-examine the case related to the use of Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) in Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani medicines. Representations were received from ASU drug manufacturers, after a moratorium on its use in ASU drugs on October 6, 2021. tns
