Florida mom loses 2 sons who didn’t get COVID jab in 12 hours and urges others to get vaccinated

A Jacksonville mother is now urging people to get vaccinated after the tragic loss of her two sons COVID-19

Lisa Brandon’s two sons, Aaron and Frey Jaggi, 35 and 41, died on August 12 and 13, only 12 hours apart. He contracted the virus and double pneumonia, and died 12 days after being hospitalized. He was reportedly put into a medically induced coma to help with his symptoms.

Nor was vaccination done. Brandon and his sons lived south of Jacksonville and used to say ‘everyone got sick at the end of July.’

Unfortunately, two people got serious cases and when she took them to the hospital, both were admitted to ICU and put on ventilator.

Tear-eyed mother Lisa Brandon is encouraging people to get vaccinated after her last two remaining sons died of COVID-19. All three of them contracted the virus, but only Brandon was vaccinated and attributed it to his mild case.

The first Frey died on August 12, and Aaron followed hours later.

Brandon, who received the Moderna vaccine and credits it for her mild case, said her two sons had not been vaccinated and is now urging others to take one.

Mother Lisa Brandon said, ‘It’s a parent’s worst nightmare.

Family friend Brittany Pequignot has started a GoFundMe campaign to help Brandon cover the cost of her boys' funeral.

‘The only reason I do this is to please get vaccinated,’ she told News4Jax. ‘That’s all I lived for them.’

This isn’t the first time Brandon has lost his baby. Their third son, David, had passed away five years earlier.

Brandon believes that Frey and Aaron would be alive today if they had opted for the vaccine and hopes that others would learn from his tragedy.

Brandon is now moving out of her house where she splits the rent with her sons.

Since his death, friends and family have tried to offer support. Family friend Brittany Pequinot set up a GoFundMe page to help cover funeral costs.

The page says that Brandon lived off Social Security and has “suffered the most” over the past year and a half.

‘I hope this story reaches you and inspires you not only to help, but to pray for him during this terrible time in his life. Any small help is much appreciated.’

The fundraiser has almost reached $19,000 of its $30,000 goal.
