Damascus: Family members of three generations rode behind a pickup truck that began as a joyous ride through the Syrian countryside for Abdulaziz al-Oqab and his relatives.
They were planning to sample the long-forgotten peacock bliss of a simple family picnic when a landmine caused them to go out and put a bloody end to the lives of 21 family members.
