- 4 Lashkar and Jaish terrorists killed in two encounters, one caught alive
In the anti-terrorist operation in Handwara, Ganderbal and Pulwama of Kashmir, the security forces killed 4 terrorists in the early hours. One of them is a Pakistani citizen. One terrorist has been successful in catching alive. His name is Kaiser Ahmed.
Jammu and Kashmir IGP Vijay Kumar said that security forces launched operations at 4-5 places on Friday night and early Saturday. During the operation, terrorists of Pakistan’s terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba were being searched. The encounter took place in Nechama. Two Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists were killed in Pulwama and 1 each in Handwara-Ganderbal belonged to Lashkar-e-Taiba. The encounter is over in Handwara and Ganderbal. Two terrorists are trapped. The slain Pakistani terrorist has been identified as Jaish-e-Mohammed’s commander Kamal Bhai. He was active in Kashmir since 2018.
