The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday questioned former Mumbai Police Commissioner Sanjay Pandey and recorded his statement under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in a case related to the alleged National Stock Exchange (NSE) co-location scam. . Officials said the agency personnel recorded his statement.
The 1986 batch IPS officer retired from service on June 30.
