Green says the leaking of the video was “100 percent calculated” to portray him negatively.

“As a person who was involved in the incident, I completely forgot watching the video what was going on. Because in video, you watch and audio-less video, you watch a three-second clip. See, and I swing,” Greene said in a recent interview with Bleacher Report, “It’s what you see. That video was put out in such a way as to portray me exactly that way.” “Does this mean that I was not wrong in what I did? No, it doesn’t mean that. Was 100% the wrong response. But everything also has a whole story. I don’t care to share my story.” One day I will…

“But what I found out in watching that video all day is, it’s like, damn it, that’s actually what it was supposed to do,” he continued. “It was to form an opinion about me, not to give the other side of it. Like, not even allowing another opinion to be formed, this video was put up as is. No audio. If we found this video , then we got.” Perfect practice, isn’t it? We’ve got everything, okay? You only see five seconds. And so that’s what I had to do, number one, because once that was released, I’m experiencing a lot of emotions. Like, I’m confused how can this go on? I am going through hell because you are only on the conscience of public opinion. ,

The fight began less than three months after the Warriors won 4th NBA title They haven’t been able to move past a championship hangover in the middle of the season—with a 20–21 record—in the past seven years.

But Green doesn’t think it’s necessary to blame the fight, as the two continue to work on their relationship — though she admits it will never be the same.

“We go to work together every day,” he later said. “Our lockers are right next to each other, which never changed. We ride the same bus together, we change together in the same locker room across the street — none of that has changed. There’s been a change in our relationship. Absolutely. It’s still a work in progress. I’ll always be willing to continue to be that work because I was wrong. Sure let it go, and we’ve made progress, And that’s fine. But is it different? 100 percent. Not that I expected it to be the same…

“I see improvement, I see improvement day by day, week by week, month by month. That’s all you can ask. I don’t expect him to come out and be like, ‘Man. , I want to hang out with you.” Court. I don’t expect it. I’m not an idiot… It’s kind of what I expected. But it’s a constant work in progress, for the success of our team, for the success of our team. I continue to work.”
