CM Charanjit Channi is holding an emergency meeting in Chandigarh amid Congress discord in Punjab. After the meeting held on Sunday, many speculations are being made about its importance. If sources are to be believed, the CM is meeting senior ministers of his cabinet. First he met Minister Tript Rajinder Bajwa. After this Brahmamohindra and Pargat Singh also met. Apart from this, some ministers and Congress leaders have also met him. The meeting is being held at the Punjab Government’s guest house in Chandigarh. It is believed that the government’s stand on the big issues of Punjab is being discussed.

CM on target of his own party chief

After becoming CM in Punjab, Charanjit Channi is on target of his own party chief Navjot Sidhu. The controversy started over the appointment. which continues till now. Every government tries to divert the attention of the public near the elections. In Punjab too, there was a ruckus about Captain Amarinder Singh’s Pakistani friend Arusa Alam.
