Police are responding to reports of people fighting with weapons in downtown Toronto.
In a tweet, Toronto Police He said he had received reports of stabbings in the area Spadina Avenue and Oxley Street, near Adelaide Street West at 8:18 pm on Mondays.
Police said there were reports of “many people fighting” and that weapons were being used. A woman allegedly stabbed a man.
Toronto paramedics told Global News that they had transported a patient to a critical but not life-threatening condition.
In an update on Monday evening, police said they found a victim with minor injuries.
