CHICAGO (WLS) – Chicago police are searching for the driver who slammed his car at a restaurant in the River North neighborhood early Saturday morning.
According to police, a white Dodge Charger was driving the wrong way between the intersection of W Chicago Avenue and N Orleans St.
Investigators said the driver lost control of the car, jumped a curb and hit the Grill 24 restaurant. Four people were injured inside the restaurant, but they are expected to recover.
Police said both the driver and the passenger fled the spot after the accident.
