Bryson DeChambeau Suggests He Joined LIV Golf For Over $125 Million

Bryson DeChambeau was Committed to the PGA Tour As recently as May but shortly after appears to be by LIV Golf. During his first event with the circuit in Portland, the eight-time PGA Tour winner revealed just how much the rival Saudi-backed Gold League offered to turn his head.

During an appearance on the Country Club Adjutant podcast last week, DeChambeau was asked about his signing bonus JOINING LIV GOLF But when asked if the figure is around $125 million, he declined to give a direct answer.

“I am not going to say the details, I mean that what is reported is somewhat close,” he said. “It’s a four-and-a-half year deal, I can definitely tell you that and a lot of it was up front, which is great.”

When later asked about his “$125 million smile”, DeChambeau replied: “It’s a little low.”

He said he has already put some money back in the game by investing in the construction of a multi-sport complex, among other things.

“I’ve already put it in places that make sense be it my foundation or real estate – being able to build a multi-sport complex – or taking care of my family … many other things too.”

DeChambeau, who said during Memorial Tournament That He Couldn’t “Risk” A Move To LIV Golf, told the podcast that he has no plans to give up his PGA Tour membership and hopes that something will change over time.

“No, I enjoy playing in tournaments… Personally I have no objections to them… They provided me with an incredible lifestyle, and I will be forever grateful for that.”
