Britain’s top medics advise 12 to 15-year-olds to get the Kovid vaccine

Britain’s top medical advisors on Monday recommended that children aged 12 to 15 be given the first dose of COVID-19 Citing the benefits of avoiding disruption to the vaccine, education, an immunization panel said the decision was finely balanced.

The advice from Chief Medical Officers (CMOs) paves the way for widespread immunization of children aged 12-15 in the UK after the Joint Committee on Immunization and Immunization (JCVI) decided earlier in the month against making the recommendation.
