Beyoncé explains why she created ‘Renaissance’

superstar singer posted a supernatural photo of himself on a horse watching on her verified Instagram account on Thursday, captioned it with some insight.

“Making this album gave me a place to dream and escape to the world during a scary time,” Beyoncé wrote. “It allowed me to feel free and courageous at a time when something else was going on. My intention was to create a safe place, a place without judgment. A place to be free from perfectionism and overthinking. Screaming, releasing, feeling Freedom instead of doing. It was a beautiful journey of exploration.”

He released their first single, “Break My Soul,” off the new album last week and it became an instant hit.

“Renaissance” is due out on July 29. Beyoncé’s last full-length album was “Lemonade” in 2016.

“I hope you enjoy this music,” she concluded her post. “I hope this inspires you to continue to wiggle. Ha! And to feel as unique, strong and sexy as you.”
