The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus feature a new 12MP primary sensor with a faster aperture than the iPhone 13. Apple claims that the iPhone 14 performs 49% better in low light than the iPhone 13. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus also come with a 12-inch ultra-wide sensor. For the first time, the 12MP front camera comes with autofocus feature. The Apple iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus also have a built-in Action Camera feature.
The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus come with crash detection features and better accelerometer and gyro meter sensors.
Apple has also introduced new Emergency SOS features via satellite connectivity. This feature will start when users are in no network zone. Apple claims that – if users have a clear view of the sky – a text message can be sent to emergency services in less than 15 seconds.
