The Case Audit Center in the Ministry of Justice has contributed to the reduction in time period for hearing of cases, number of sessions, and facilitation of case filing procedures, thereby enhancing the consolidation of institutional judiciary applications and enhancing work efficiency and Availability.
The Justice Ministry said the number of operations carried out by the Claims Audit Center amounted to over 2.6 million operations to audit case sheets received by all courts in the state since its inception two years ago.
Completion of 1.5 million works carried out by the Claims Audit Center in the last year 2021; Which contributed in increasing the operational efficiency, expediting the disposal of cases and facilitating the litigants.
The ministry indicated that the Center aims to serve the beneficiaries by enhancing the preparation of case files, and ensure that all basic requirements of the case are met before referring it to the department, as it works according to that path. which ensures the progress of justice work, and saves time and effort to get speedy justice to the beneficiary. The Ministry of Justice confirmed that the Center falls within the launch of the first phase of the Model Court, which aims to strengthen the institutional building of the judiciary through the application of administrative policies and operational programs involving justice systems, transformational initiatives and indicators. ,
