Ajay Devgn leaves for Sabarimala temple after month-long rituals – Bharat Times Hindi News

Ajay Devgn, who will next be seen in SS Rajamouli’s RRR, left for Kerala’s Sabarimala temple on Wednesday. The temple is a major pilgrimage site in South India and one of the most famous Sanstha temples in Kerala. Last week, Ajay was clicked outside a dubbing studio in an all-black outfit. He was wearing a black shawl with black trousers and a ‘mala’ around his neck. Fans called it a part of Sabarimala rituals.

It is believed that a person planning to visit the Sabarimala temple has to go through several rituals beforehand to become pure and clean. According to the official website of the temple, “The pilgrims have to observe celibacy for 41 days before going to Sabarimala. Pilgrims go through the traditional forest routes as well from Pamba which is less physically challenging to reach the temple. ,

According to a report in ETimes, the actor left for the temple after performing several rituals. “Ajay followed certain rituals required for a month or so. It was visible that he was seen wearing black clothes, he did not cut hair or nails nor did he shave for almost a month,” a source told the news portal.

The actor or his family has not yet given any official statement regarding this. On the professional front, Ajay has a lot of projects lined up for him. He will be seen in the lead role in the remake of Tamil film Kaithi. The production of the film has started and if reports are to be believed then the name of the film will be Bhola.

Apart from this, Ajay Gangubai will also be seen in Kathiawadi, Runway 34, Maidan, Circus and Thank God.
