“Rule 5, Section 7, paragraph 3c states ‘When a foul occurs near the expiration of time the official timer may not stop the game clock before the expiration of time or when the foul occurs after the expiration of time but when the ball If a try occurs during flight, the period shall end when the two free throws and all related activity have been completed,” the ACC said in its statement.
