Port ST. Lucy, Fla. – A woman was arrested for DUI and a 9-year-old child was seriously injured in an automobile accident in Port St. Lucie on Friday night.
At 8:59 p.m., police responded to SE Port St. Lucie Boulevard and SE Aeroso Boulevard, the scene of a vehicle accident.

Port St. Lucie Police Department Traffic Homicide Investigators arrested 37-year-old Jillian Butler for driving under the influence of serious bodily injury caused by a 4 vehicle accident in which a 9-year-old child was seriously injured.
Investigators say Butler was traveling east on Port St. Lucie Boulevard in a red Nissan Altima when he hit the rear of a black Mercedes R350, which was stopped at a red light on Port St. Lucie Boulevard. was given.
