18-year-old Balgonie, Sask. Man charged after child pornography investigation | globalnews.ca

Police has named an 18-year-old youth BalgoniSask., with possession of child pornography.

The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploration (ICE) Unit said in a release that it launched an investigation into child pornography and executed a search warrant on October 13, 2022, in the Balgonie area.

“Electronic devices have been seized for further investigation,” police said.

Seth Harlon Saunderson was charged Wednesday with producing, possessing child pornography child pornography Available and accessing child pornography.

Police said Saunderson was released on several conditions until his next court date on March 8 at 9:30 a.m. in Regina.

According to the release, the Saskatchewan ICE unit includes investigative members from the Saskatchewan RCMP, the Regina Police Service, the Saskatoon Police Service and the Prince Albert Police Service. This unit investigates crimes involving the abuse and/or exploitation of children on the Internet.
