Israeli resident shot dead a Palestinian man Western coast On Saturday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health revealed his name as Mithkal Suleiman Abdel Halim Rayyan, 27.

The ministry said he was shot in the head in Qarawat Bani Hassan, west of Sulphite in the north of the occupied West Bank.

Witnesses told the official Palestinian news agency WAFA that the settlers had attacked a group of Palestinians, opening fire on them. He said that Ryan was seriously injured and died soon after.

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates blamed the killing on “terrorist settler militias”.

A local resident leader said that the settler who shot Ryan “had done the right thing.”

Yossi Dagan, head of the Shomron Regional Council, which represents Jewish settlers in the area, said, “They defended their lives from riots and mobs of violent terrorists.”

The killing took place on land that Israel had captured from Jordan in 1967.

Dagon said: “We will continue to build and grow forests in our country in Jerusalem, in Tel Aviv, in the Negev, in the Galilee, and in Judea and Samaria,” the biblical names for the West Bank.
